The UTSA women’s golf team ended the North Texas Women’s Classic tied for sixth place after shooting a 309-318-309=936 at the Robson Ranch Golf Course.

     Newcomer Lesan Gouge tied for 13th after rounds of 78-77-78=233. Sophomore Laura Baker ended her day tied for 17th with a 75-84-75=234.

     Freshmen Shelly Martinez finished tied for 27th after carding 77-76-88=240, while Madison McClain and Allie Jordan finished in 30th on the day.

     The Roadrunners travel to Lubbock for the Jennie McHaney Invitational on Sept. 18-19 at the Rawls Course.
