Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor – 6 counts
Six intoxicated minors were detained for drinking while underage and an individual got detained for furnishing alcohol to minors at University Oaks. The case occurred on March 22 from 1:41 a.m. to 2:03 a.m. and has been closed by exceptional means, indicating elements beyond UTSAPD’s control preventing an arrest and formally charging the offender.
Driving While Intoxicated
An intoxicated person was detained and fined between $2,500-$29,999.99 for driving while intoxicated near Angelina Road. This case occurred on March 22 from 2:57 a.m to 3:51 a.m. and is still active.
Larceny/Theft
A theft took place from March 20 at 2 p.m. through March 23 9:12 p.m. near University Oaks Phase 2. The estimated value of the stolen belongings is between $2,500-$29,999.99. The case is still active.

The UTSA Police Department detained an individual for mail theft, evading arrest, fictitious license or certificate, two counts of fraudulent use or possession of a credit or debit card and identifying information and possession of a controlled substance PG 2.
