Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor – 6 counts
Six intoxicated minors were detained for drinking while underage and an individual got detained for furnishing alcohol to minors at University Oaks. The case occurred on March 22 from 1:41 a.m. to 2:03 a.m. and has been closed by exceptional means, indicating elements beyond UTSAPD’s control preventing an arrest and formally charging the offender.
Driving While Intoxicated
An intoxicated person was detained and fined between $2,500-$29,999.99 for driving while intoxicated near Angelina Road. This case occurred on March 22 from 2:57 a.m to 3:51 a.m. and is still active.
