Beginning in the Fall of 2020, incoming freshmen who qualify will have their tuition and fees completely covered by financial aid for four years. This is President Eighmy’s Bold Promise. Qualifying students must be Texas Residents, have family incomes up to 50,500 dollars, and rank in the top 25% of their high school classes. Students share their thoughts on this free-tuition program.
