Graduation season will begin at 7 p.m. on Dec. 8 as doctoral graduates participate in the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony in the H-E-B Student Union Ballroom (HSU 1.104). Each student is limited to four guests to attend the ceremony. In the two-and-a-half hour long ceremony, doctoral graduates will partake in the hooding process. 

On Dec. 13, graduating students will receive their degrees in one of two ceremonies at the Alamodome. Families and friends will join graduates for an unforgettable moment in their academic journey. 

The first commencement ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. UTSA will host students from the College for Health, Community and Policy, College of Liberal and Fine Arts and College of Sciences during this time. Graduates are advised to arrive at the Alamodome an hour and a half before the ceremony begins for check-in. Doors will open at 8 a.m. for guests. 

The second commencement ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. Graduates from the Alvarez College of Business, College of Education and Human Development, Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design and University College will receive their degrees in the afternoon. Doors will open at 1 p.m. for guests. Check-in for graduates will start an hour and a half before the commencement ceremony begins.
