Viral streamer “Clavicular,” government name Braden Peters, burst on to the scene last December after running over a stream sniper with his Cybertruck. When he was questioned about whether the victim was dead or not, Clav responded with, “Hopefully.”
The incident caught the attention of the public, where fans were first exposed to his brutally stoic nature. Clavicular has spent most of his adult life demonstrating that attractiveness gives terrible people a “Get Out of Jail Free” card.
Before he ascended, Clav was a sub-five chud. Through the art of looks-maxxing, Clavicular has transformed himself into one of the hottest streamers. Critics can question his methods all they want, but in their heart of hearts, they know Clav could not have achieved his current level of success if he was ugly. There is nothing wrong with being ugly, just do not expect to ascend to the level Clav has. His physique, razor-sharp jawline and hunter eyes gift Clavicular leeway that others do not possess. Lower-level chuds and foids must resort to jester-maxxing to achieve even half the status of a Chad, which could result in a cortisol spike, leading to an even further damaging descent.
Critics do not like admitting that talented, attractive people are judged and evaluated differently than the average person — but they are. That is what Clavicular is trying to display to both his fans and haters. He can mag dump into an alligator, exclaim slurs with pride, overdose on substances in front of thousands of live viewers and return the next day with zero consequences. It is not morally correct: Clavicular is very much still a loser, but even losers can be hot.
Perception matters; looks matter. Clearly, Clav is willing to do anything it takes to retain the halo effect he currently possesses. Even so, time comes for everyone. When Clavicular is old and objectively unattractive, he will have nothing left besides regret.The argument here is not that he is a great person, role model or remarkably talented; it is that possessing objectively attractive qualities makes life easier and allows people, like Clavicular, to get away with despicable actions. Love him or hate him, his popularity alone proves that point.
