Demystify the art of meditation at the Witte Museum’s (3801 Broadway) newest class Meditation 101: Taming the Mind with Joy and Compassion. Featuring the museum’s Curator of Anthropology and Health, Dr. Bryan Bayles, visitors can ask Dr. Bayles questions based off his 15 years of experience with Tibetan monks and scholars, and practice their own exercises that focus on relaxation and visualization, all for free.
