Students at UTSA might know that many digital software solutions are offered to complement their education or to help them professionally, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365. A lesser-known option, Zoom Pro, is available to not only faculty but students as well

Zoom is a leading video meeting platform that soared in popularity amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, and it has since become a permanent expense for many companies and educational institutions. Zoom is helpful for meeting people online, with features like screen sharing and a whiteboard, which make it great for clubs and tutoring. Zoom is free for meetings lasting 45 minutes or less and has limited features. However, UTSA offers students access to Zoom Pro for unlimited meetings and more features.

To access Zoom Pro, students currently enrolled in a semester at UTSA can contact Academic Innovation at [email protected] or call their office at (210) 458-4520 and press option 3. A full list of student software can be found at utsa.edu/techsolutions/students/software/.
