Criminal Mischief
Unlawful damage, destruction, tampering or marking of another’s property ranging between $100-$749.99 occurred at the Engineering Building on campus between 2:42 p.m. and 3:29 p.m. on Sept. 2. This case is currently active.
Larceny/Theft
Theft of $100-$749.99 was reported on Sept. 3. between 2:44 p.m. and 2:57 p.m. at Alvarez Residence Hall on campus residential facility. This case remains active.
Duty on striking an unattended vehicle
Duty on striking an unattended vehicle was reported Sept. 2. between 10:40 a.m. and 5:44 p.m. at Brackenridge Ave. Lot 5 on campus. This case remains active.
Graffiti
Graffiti was reported at the Convocation Center on campus between 1:33 a.m. and 1:51 a.m. on Sept. 1. The case is currently active.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
Two counts of possession of alcohol and consumption of alcohol by a minor occurred on Monday Sept. 1 between 12:54 a.m. and 1:06 a.m. at University Oaks Phase 3. An additional offense of possession, purchase, consumption, or receipt of cigarettes, e-cigarettes occurred as well. The case was cleared by arrest.
