Cook. Eat. Write. Repeat: Chocolate Chip Banana Bread by Anali Rodriguez

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, ½ cup melted butter, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup regular sugar, 2 eggs, ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla extra, ½ stick melted cream cheese, 1 ½ cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup chocolate chips

Baking spray Tools : Mixing bowl, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons, Fork, Bread pan, Mixing spoon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a mixing bowl, peel 3 ripe bananas and mash with a fork Add ½ melted butter, ½ brown sugar, and ½ regular sugar into the bowl Crack 2 eggs to the bowl.

Add ½ milk, and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract to the bowl Add 1/2 stick of melted cream cheese to the bowl.

Next add 1 ½ flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon to your bowl.

Mix all ingredients till combined. Add 1 cup chocolate chips to the mixture. Mix in your chocolate chips Spray baking spray into your bread pan. Pour mixture into your bread pan. Place pan into the oven at 350 for 45-55 mins.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
