Cook.Eat.Write.Repeat: Creamy Jalapeños by Megan Pish

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 packet of 1-oz dry ranch dip

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 cup cilantro

3/4 cup pickled jalapeños

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 optional tomatillos (not included in my video)

2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice!!

The instructions are simple and as follows: In a medium mixing bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dip packet, and garlic salt Then, in a blender or food processor, puree the pickled jalapeño with a little of the jalapeño juice, cilantro, and tomatillos (if using) Add in the cilantro/jalapeño puree to the mayonnaise mixture in the bowl Finally, add in the buttermilk and stir until desired consistency is reached, and add in the lime juice!
