Criminal Mischief
A $100 criminal mischief incident was reported at the University Oaks Apartments on April 13 at 9:33 a.m. The incident occurred between 9:33-9:49 a.m. The case was closed by exceptional means, indicating elements beyond the UT San Antonio Police Department’s control prevented them from arresting and formally charging the offender.
Assault by Threat
An incident involving assault by threat, stalking and two counts of harassment was reported at Chaparral Village on April 13 at 10:54 p.m. The incident occurred between April 3 at 12 p.m. and April 13 at 11:19 p.m. This case remains active.
Larceny/Theft
Larceny or theft was reported to UTSAPD in seven instances. Most cases remain active.
A theft valued between $100-$749.99 was reported at the Convocation Center on April 14 at 11:34 a.m. The incident occurred on April 3 between 3:30-11:49 p.m.
The second theft shared the same value range; it was reported on April 14 at 1:24 p.m. The incident occurred between April 9 at 10 a.m. and April 14 at 1:24 p.m. at the Multidisciplinary Studies Building.
The third theft, valued between $750-$2,499.99, occurred at the Applied Engineering Technology Building. It was reported on April 15 at 3:11 p.m. The incident occurred between March 1 at 12 a.m. and April 15 at 3:34 p.m.
The fourth theft valued between $100-$749.99 occurred at the Sculpture and Ceramics Graduate Studio. The case was reported on April 16 at 10:46 a.m. It occurred between April 1 at 10:46 a.m. and April 16 at 10:55 a.m.
The fifth theft valued between $100-$749.99 at Chaparral Village was reported on April 16 at 2:29 p.m. The incident occurred between April 9 at 7 p.m. and April 10 at 8 p.m.
A sixth theft valued between $2,500-$29,999.99 was reported at the Graduate School and Research Building on April 17 at 12:19 p.m. The incident occurred between April 16 at 12:06 p.m. and April 17 at 11:50 a.m. The case was closed by exceptional means.
The seventh theft valued at less than $100 was reported at Alvarez Residence Hall on April 18 at 1:59 a.m. The incident occurred between April 17 at 5:20 p.m. and April 18 at 1:40 a.m. The case was closed by exceptional means.
Duty on Striking Unattended Vehicle
Duty on striking an unattended vehicle at the Ximenes Avenue Lot was reported on April 15 at 4:43 p.m. The incident occurred between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The case remains active.
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor
Three counts of consumption of alcohol by a minor were reported on April 16 at 4:50 a.m. The incident occurred between 4:50-5:10 a.m. at Resident Lot 3. The case was cleared by arrest.
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of marijuana under two ounces was reported on April 16 at 9:07 p.m. The incident occurred at Blanco Hall between 9:07-9:29 p.m. The case was closed by exceptional means.
A second incident of possession of marijuana under two ounces was reported at Brenan Avenue on April 18 at 4:31 p.m. The incident occurred between 4:31-4:57 p.m. The case was closed by exceptional means.
A third incident of possession of marijuana under two ounces was reported at Resident Lot 3 on April 19 at 3:38 a.m. The incident occurred between 3:38-3:54 a.m. The case was closed by exceptional means.
Evading Arrest
Evading arrest was reported on April 17 at 2:55 a.m. The incident occurred at Guadalupe Hall between 2:55-3:24 a.m. The case was cleared by arrest.
Fondling
A fondling incident was reported on April 17 at 8:49 a.m. The incident occurred at Guadalupe Hall on April 16 at 8:46 a.m. The case has been closed.
Sexual Assault
A sexual assault incident was reported at Main Campus on April 17 at 8:51 a.m. The incident occurred on April 16 between midnight and 11:59 p.m. The case has been closed.
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol by a Minor
Driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor was reported on April 19 at 3:46 a.m. The incident occurred between 3:46-4:11 a.m. on Bauerle Road. The case was cleared by arrest.
Driving While Intoxicated / Assist Outside Agency
An incident in which UTSAPD assisted an outside agency for an outstanding warrant and driving while intoxicated were reported at Laurel Village on April 20 at 1:31 a.m. The incident occurred between 1:31-2:02 a.m. The case was cleared by arrest.
