In compliance with the Clery Act, UT San Antonio keeps a daily crime log for all on-campus crimes. The log summarizes the case’s date, time, location, incident and current status. The crimes detailed below are taken directly from the crime log, showcasing the trends that occurred from Oct. 1 to Oct. 5.
Larceny/Theft
A larceny/theft offense that occurred at Chaparral Village was reported at 9:35 a.m. on Oct. 2. It occurred between Oct. 1 at 3:33 p.m. and Oct. 2 at 3:14 p.m. The case remains active.
Graffiti
Between 11:41-11:50 p.m., on Oct. 2, a graffiti offense occurred at West Campus. The case remains active.
Consumption of alcohol by a minor
At the Intercollegiate Athletics Building, three counts of consumption of alcohol by a minor and one offense of driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor occurred. The offenses occurred on Oct. 3 from 1:45-2:05 a.m. The incident was cleared by arrest.
Assist outside agency
The UT San Antonio Police Department assisted an outside agency on Oct. 3 at 7:55 a.m. at University Oaks Apartments. The disposition of the case was not provided.
