Larceny/Theft
A larceny/theft offense that occurred at Bosque Street Building was reported at 1:11 p.m. on Oct. 6. The theft value was between $100 and $749.99. It occurred between noon on May 10 and 3 p.m. on Aug. 19. The case remains active. Another larceny/theft that occurred at University Oaks Building 34 was reported at 3:24 p.m. on Oct. 6. The theft, valued between $100 and $749.99, occurred between 10 a.m. on Oct. 3 and 11:20 p.m. on Oct. 5. The case remains active.
Duty on striking unattended vehicle
An offense of duty on striking an unattended vehicle occurred at the Devine Lot between 12:30-5 p.m. on Oct. 6. The incident was reported at 7:36 a.m. on Oct. 7. The case remains active. The same offense occurred again at the Bauerle Road Lot 1. The incident was reported at 7:23 p.m. on Oct. 7 and remains active.
Sexual assault
A Campus Security Authority reported a sexual assault that occurred at Alvarez Residence Hall between 3-8 a.m. on Oct. 5. The incident was reported on Oct. 7 and has been closed.
Fondling
A Campus Security Authority reported a fondling incident that occurred on Main Campus on Sept. 26. The incident was reported on Oct. 7 and has been closed.
