In compliance with the Clery Act, UT San Antonio keeps a daily crime log for all on-campus crimes. The log summarizes the case’s date, time, location, incident and current status. The crimes detailed below are taken directly from the crime log, showcasing the trends that occurred from Nov. 3-9.

Assault by contact

At the John Peace Library on Nov. 3, an assault by contact offense took place. It occurred from 1:13-1:57 p.m. The case was cleared by arrest. 

Unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material

An unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material incident was reported on Nov. 3 at 10:45 p.m. It took place from 5-7:30 p.m. the same day at Laurel Village. This case remains active. 

Consumption of alcohol by a minor

At Resident Lot 2, three counts of consumption of alcohol by a minor and one count of a minor in possession of alcohol were reported. The offenses took place on Nov. 5 from 2:18-2:28 a.m. The case was cleared by arrest.

Credit card/Debit card abuse

A credit card/debit card abuse offense occurred on Nov. 5 from 12:11-12:34 p.m. in the Engineering Building. This case remains active. 

Duty on striking unattended vehicle

At East Campus Dr. Lot 1, a duty on striking an unattended vehicle incident occurred. It took place on Nov. 5 from 3:53-4:22 p.m. This case is still active.
